Absolutely shocking company, the company don’t care about anything other than the money coming through the doors, all is controlled from the top as the store managers are powerless to do anything, the head management treat staff like poop, treat customers like poop and treat their delivery teams like poop, just a money grabbing store selling cheap clothing at extortionate prices to anyone who will buy it.

I tried ordering some jeggins, the page kept going to anything but my choice, asked for length and size then tells me it's out of stock. Tried to check out as suggested via Amazon account but this didn't happen as it froze on step 3, so I gave up!

This company keep sending me sms messages which I can’t block as they don’t give me a number have tried everything but they still send them

I only started shopping with M&CO a few months ago. I must say that I’ve been really happy with the prompt service off them, not to mention the great quality and value for money too!! I always find their clothing very true to size and I love that they cater for petite ladies like me. I will always shop at M&CO!!

Suffice to say that their Customer Service department should be renamed Customer Non Service. They do not bother to properly read emails and investigate one's query regarding on-line purchases. Standardised pre-written replies are not suitable. They are completely disinterested in keeping the customers who have been loyal to the McGeoch family's business for decades.In these difficult times for the company, I am amazed that the CEO Andy McGeoch hasn't taken steps to shake up the department ensuring they keep his customers happy, rather than drive them away. In fairness the local store staff have always been friendly and very helpful.

I thought customer service was below par and that maybe a phone call would have probably sorted the problem. Having said this I have never been disappointed in what I have bought from them , my daughter in law says the clothes are good quality and wash well.

Absolute garbage company. I ordered something on 28th October to be delivered to store... Due to be delivered by the Wed, the day before lockdown 2. Went on wed... Nothing there, lady said they would be delivering click and collect parcels to home addresses due to lockdown. Get a text at 8pm on lockdown eve from hermes, after store closing saying it arrived into store. Grrr. Waited for three weeks.... No delivery. Rang the customer services lady she said wait till after lockdown. I waited some more. Rang the shop twice after lockdown.... No parcel. Rang customer services three times.... No answer. Rang twice more.... Someone answered twice, told me they would look into it and call me back....... No call back. Emailed.... No answer. Facebook messages.... You guessed it.... No answer. No refund and no parcel after a month and a half. Won't be buying from this company ever again. I'll keep badgering. Hahaha and they had the cheek to email me to write a review for the top I hadn't received.

Have been waiting since 9th November for my loyalty vouchers (around £80 worth). They have not arrived. Rung customer services to be told by machine that the phone lines are busy, that a message cannot be left and to email them if urgent. Emailed them almost daily to be sent an auto response saying replies in 5 days. I’ve even done the online message form. Not had even one response at all. It now seems obvious that M&Co are going under. I honestly daren’t order online from them fearing I would not see my order or refunds from returns. As a Gold Card customer I feel so let down, it counts for nothing.

I ordered a pair of jeans online, they were delivered 2 days later, they were a perfect fit so I can't fault them!!

Brilliant company. I’ve been using M&Co for a number of years and have never had a problem with my orders, the quality of the products or the returns process. I can honestly say they are one of the best clothing companies around.

Made an order for delivery over a week ago before the lockdown and it still says processing order!!!! No notices on their website stating orders will take longer. Sort it out M&Co

I visited the oswestry branch 3/10/2020 shopping for my daughter the member of staff was so busy chatting to her friend she didn't acknowledge me poor customer service you would think staff would care and value the job they have.I have shopped there before never again.

Very poor web site. Spend an hour trying to order items. It kept jumping back wards and forwards to information, and wanting the same info. Lost my patience after 4 attempts. All well I’ve saved my self £70. Will spend it elsewhere.
